Frequently asked questions about Android or FireOS:

The app quits on launch:

Go to "Settings" on your device > "App management" > Select the app > Clear cache.

If this doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Should the issue persist:

Email us at support@lescapadou.com in English or in French if possible, indicating which app you're inquiring about, your version of Android or Fire OS and your device model (go to "Settings" > "About").


I reinstalled the app and am being asked to purchase it again

If you reinstall a free app with in-app purchases, here's how to restore them:

Click "Restore" when prompted to repurchase.

Restoring may not work if there is a problem connecting to Wifi or accessing the store server, in which case, please try again later.


The app works on my account, but I am asked to purchase it again on my child's account

Please check if your child's account:

- is connected to Wifi

- has permission to access the store

- is using the "store" account on which the app was purchased

You will then be able to restore in-app purchases or the premium version.


Text exceeds the screen

Certain device menus may sometimes overlap with app menus. To fix this, configure the "Bigger margins" setting in the app settings.
