Go to "Settings" on your device > "App management" > Select the app > Clear cache.
If this doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the app.
Should the issue persist:

If you reinstall a free app with in-app purchases, here's how to restore them:
Click "Restore" when prompted to repurchase.
Restoring may not work if there is a problem connecting to Wifi or accessing the store server, in which case, please try again later.
Please check if your child's account:
- is connected to Wifi
- has permission to access the store
- is using the "store" account on which the app was purchased
You will then be able to restore in-app purchases or the premium version.
Certain device menus may sometimes overlap with app menus. To fix this, configure the "Bigger margins" setting in the app settings.
